Ban Nong Riang women’s agriculture group was formed in 1995 with an aim to spend members’ free time in a productive way. Due to excess supply of bananas, the group members are processing bananas.
Manufacturing Procedures
Peel bananas. Leave them in lime water. Cut them into pieces. Dry and fry them. Boil salted water, sugar and butter. Then, dip the fried banana in the mixture prepared.
