Fermented fish is adapted from local preserved fish, which reflects the lifestyle of local people. The group produces fermented fish to create jobs and incomes to the community. It is a famous product of Lop Buri.
Manufacturing Procedures
Slice fish and grind it. Mix fish with rice, salt and ground garlic. After 48-hour fermentation, cook fish by baking or frying.
