Chili paste is rich in protein and calcium. Tha Daeng chili paste was originated in Lanna times. Phen Bakery uses its own fed gourami fish to make Tha Daeng chili paste in addition to roll crisps stuffed with gourami fish.
Manufacturing Procedures
Get the bones out of gourami fish. Fry it. Then, prepare other ingredients including dried chili, onion, and garlic. Mix gourami fish and the ingredients together and grind them all. Then, add tamarind paste, salt, sugar. And grind them all again.
