She knew that sun-dried fish – main food of local residents -- is highly nutritious for people’s health. She began to produce sun-dried snakehead fish with an aim to create income for local residents. |

Procedures |
1. Scale snakehead fish and get its bones out. Then, cut it into pieces. 2. Mix snakehead fish pieces with salt and sugar. Leave them in ice for 1 night. 3. Wash the snakehead fish pieces and sun dry them for 1 day. 4. Fry the sun-dried fish pieces. Roast in the oven. |
