At first, the group produced pork Chinese sausage. But in 1996, Mrs. Thawi Mayu, head of the group, invented fish Chinese sausage. This product received creativity awards from the Fish Festival and Red Cross event. Therefore, the group began producing fish Chinese sausage since then.
Manufacturing Procedures
Grind meat (pork or fish). Mix it with seasonings. Put it in casing before sun drying. Then, roast it.
