Manufacturing procedures
Select duck eggs. Wrap them with white clay and pandanus leaves. Boil them with pandanus leaves-added water.

The salted eggs is made of fresh duck eggs covered with white clay and pandanus leaves. The eggs are boiled in pandanus leaves-added water. They are not too salty.
