Mae Mon river is crucial to residents in Ban Si Don Mun as they live near it and have cotton plantations along the river. The group was inspired by the relationship of the people and the river; therefore, it has developed patterns on woven cloth – called “Nam Mon Woven Cloth”. The cloth is dyed with natural colors.
Manufacturing procedures
