Inspired by the speech of His Majesty’s the King, the head of the group thought of processing various herbs in the community. The group was formed later and now is producing fried herbs which create more income to local people.
Manufacturing procedures
Select raw materials which consist of 19 herbs such as lemon grass, galingale, basil leaves, and leech lime leaves. Wash herbs. Sort herb by kind. Wash again and sun dry them. Mix all the herbs and put seasonings before frying.
Product strengths
Fried herbs are crispy and delicious with a lot of benefits. For example, lemon grass may help cure cancer. Galingale may help with gas expelling.
