Manufacturing procedures
Grind galangal, lemon grass, turmeric, garlic, leech lime leaves, and chili. Steam fish and use only its flesh. Boil fish entrails and filter it for water. Then, boil the filtered water and add the ground ingredients. Add seasonings.
