Kaset Chili Sauce has been producing for 40 years. In 1987, Hin Poeng Phathana Women’s Agriculture Group (Chili Sauce) was established. In 2002-2003, the group brought its chili sauce to the selection of One Tambon One Product contest in Chon Buri.
Manufacturing procedures
1. Wash the large bird pepper
2. Peel garlic. Steam the large bird pepper and garlic for half an hour.
3. Grind the large bird pepper and garlic.
4. Add sugar and salt
