Manufacturing procedures
1. Select and wash duck eggs.
2. Sterilize hill soil. Add salt and herbs in hill soil.
3. Wrap the duck eggs with hill soil and husks.
Product strengths
The group’s salted eggs have nice red yolk and soft white egg. They also have the smell of herbs and are rich in phosphorus derived from hill soil wrapping duck eggs.
