Coffee is a cash crop for the southern provinces of Thailand. In 2002, the prices of coffee went down. The group tried making roasted coffee to add value to its product. The group has been developing its coffee product which has been selected as OTOP 5-star product.
Manufacturing procedures
Sun dry coffee beans for 2 weeks. Grind coffee beans to get the inside seeds. Then, roast and ferment them for 1 week. And grind them.

The coffee has good smell and is delicious.
