Formed in 2003, the women’s group produces chili paste with an aim to create income for families. The group has also received financial support from Thawon Watthana Tambon Administration Organization. The group’s chili paste is delicious and the ingredients are available in the community.
Manufacturing procedures
1. Wash galangal, lemon grass, galingale, and leech limes.
2. Peel onion and garlic.
3. Wash chili and prepare shrimp paste.
4. Mix all the ingredients and put them in blender.

Chili paste is hygienically produced and preservative-free.
