There are a lot of sunflower plantations in Phatthana Nikhom. Mr. Sa-at has come up with raising bees for their honey gained from sunflowers. The group sells honey in bottles and has been developing its packaging. The group’s honey product was recognized as OTOP 5-star product in 2004.
Manufacturing procedures
Raise bees in the sunflower plantations. Extract honey from honey combs. Ferment and filter honey.
Product strengths
The sunflower honey does not smell too pungent. It tastes pleasant and smells sweet. It is a good choice for cooking and mixing with beverage.
