At first, the manufacturer produced only salted Chinese turnips. Later, it produces both salted and sweetened turnips. They are produced hygienically. Its turnip’s deliciousness was guaranteed by Shell Shuan Shim Standard in 1985. The quality preserved turnips become famous souvenirs from Ratchaburi.
Manufacturing procedures
Select Chinese turnips. Wash and ferment them with salt. Then, steep salted turnips in sugar for about 15-20 days. Each step of production meets the GMP standard. The sweetened Chinese turnip is crispy and sweet.
