Originally, glooms taste sour. But the group processes them to become tastier, being less sour. Later, the group has developed three-flavored glooms which are sour, sweet and a little bit spicy.
Manufacturing procedures
Sun dry glooms. Peel them. Heat water and add brown sugar, salt, powdered chili, and rice flour thickener. Then, add sun-dried glooms. Boil them down. Mix the dried gloom with sugar.
Product strengths
Gloom is rich in vitamin C. Three-flavored gloom tastes delicious and is hygienically made.
