Mrs. Apisara was looking for sideline to earn extra income for the family. She makes fried peanut with mixed with wild yam. She developed its taste to become sweet, crispy and delicious. Her product gained good response so she set up a group to produce it for sale.
Manufacturing procedures
Mix flour, sugar, salt and coconut milk. Slice wild yam and mix it with the mixed flour. Pour flour-mixed wild yam in molds and topple with peanuts. Fry them until they slip out of the molds.
