Ban Pha Ron Women’s Agriculture Group would like to add value to bananas in the village as the price of bananas kept going down due to excess supply. The group gains support from a government agriculture agency in Bang Saphan.
Manufacturing procedures
Use ripe bananas. Peel and wash them before grinding. Then, mix them with rice flour thickener sugar, tamarind, chili. Boil them all until they are dry.
Product strengths
Four-flavored banana is sweet, sour and tough but soft. It can be stored for 3 months. The product is full of vitamins and made hygienically without additives.
